With the creation of ACT NOW RNs HOMECARE, we can now assist the elderly to lead dignified and independent lifestyles in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

 

We recognize that decisions involving health care can be difficult. ACT NOW RNs offers a no obligation assessment to help determine the healthiest choice for everyone involved, whether that is staying at home or relocating to an assisted living facility.

 

Our goal is to be with your patient within an hour of the initial phone call.

 

ACT NOW RNs HOMECARE is proud of our employees. Each is carefully screened, trained, insured and supervised. They are all compassionate, courteous in nature, committed to care, and eager to help.

 

Our services are flexible and can be arranged for as little as a few hours a week or as many as 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. Our caregivers can help with a wide range of activities including companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, errands, shopping, meal planning, preparation, and clean-up as well as escort to and from appointments and events. ACT NOW RNs HOMECARE caregivers can also assist with mobilization, personal care needs and pet care, if required. Nurses are available to manage medications.

 

We offer a free, no-obligation in-hospital or in-home visit to provide complete information about how your patient can benefit from our services. At that time, we can also discuss a custom-designed plan of care.
