The Placement Process

We begin the process with a phone consultation to help determine your needs, desired assisted living environment, and any other senior services we may help you find in Phoenix, Tucson, Green Valley, and the surrounding areas. We will meet with you and your loved one to discuss choices and provide a professional assessment to determine care needs.

Once an appropriate level of care is determined we will escort you to various care settings that meet your criteria. When you chose your care home, we can help facilitate the transfer of your loved to their new home. We will teach you to be informed consumers of long term care.

Meet with you and your family member to evaluate your needs

Select homes or centers that meet your physical, mental, emotional, social, geographical, spiritual and financial requirements

Guide you in evaluating long term care insurance, ALTCS, Veteran's Benefits and other financial options

Accompany you on a tour of the homes and centers
